The studio is in the Hyde Park Condo complex on the corner of N Henderson and N Glebe; 4141 N Henderson Rd, Plaza Suite 5. Once inside the Pilates studio, head straight back for the sign that says "District Pelvic Health." If the door at the end of the hallway is closed, have a seat on the pink bench and we will be with you at your appointment time!
Detailed Driving Directions:
Enter the condo building garage on N Glebe - the entrance is just south of Harris Teeter before you get to N Henderson. Dial "33" on the call box and let the concierge know you are there for the Pilates studio. Park in the red spaces and then follow the signs to the lobby and the signs to direct you to the studio on the plaza level. You can take the elevator to level P or go up one flight of stairs.
Walking or Street Parking:
Street parking is available on N Henderson. DO NOT park across the street in the angled parking spots. Enter through the main entrance on N Henderson. Let the concierge know you are there for the Pilates studio. Follow signs to the plaza level.
